THE VERDICT

Enough Sleep allows you to monitor your daily comings and goings and then helps you set an alarm for the next day so that you feel rested and comfortable.

THE PROS

This app isn't obtrusive, but does give you reminders that help you understand when you should be going to sleep. It helps you feel more relaxed the next day and mentally prepare yourself to get ready for bed. It is still lightweight enough that it doesn't really take up much room, but makes a huge impact on your daily life.

THE CONS

There are a few things that I wish were a bit more customized, like the 7PM question session. You also have to do a bit of thinking for yourself, as it doesn't help you understand the data.
